Well, so far A-Rod has re-signed with the Yankees (after opting out), Tori Hunter has signed with the Angels, Francisco Cordero has signed with the Reds (leaving the Brewers without a legitimate closer), the Devil Rays signed Troy Percival to be their closer, and the Cubs have re-signed Kerry Wood. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
We've had some significant trades, too. There was a six players trade between the DEVIL Rays (I refuse to acknowledge their dropping of the "Devil" part) and the Twins. The Twins sent Matt Garza and Jason Bartlett to the Devil Rays for Delmon Young and Brendan Harris. There were a couple of less significant names involved in this as well.
The Mets traded Lastings Milledge to the Washington Nationals for outfielder Ryan Church and catcher Brian Schneider.
